Snowhotel Family is a family-owned business in Lehtojärvi, Rovaniemi, offering unique experiences in snow and ice. Arctic Snow Hotel & Glass Igloos with its restaurants guarantee a memorable overnight experience by the shores of Lehtojärvi, surrounded by the Northern Lights and nature. Located in Santa Claus Village, Snowman World invites the whole family to winter fun at a snowy playground made of snow and ice. In Santa Claus Village also locates charming gingerbread houses of Piparina and a cozy restaurant where customers can savor authentic Lapland flavors and relax in private gingerbread cottages throughout the day.
We are now looking for chefs for the busy winter season of 2026-2027 for Snowhotel Family’s restaurants at the Arctic Snow Hotel & Glass Igloos, as well as at the restaurants in Santa Claus Village, Piparina and Snowman World. As part of a skilled and international team, you will have the opportunity to create traditional Finnish delicacies for guests. Each restaurant offers plated dishes, and in Lehtojärvi, we also prepare buffets. Together, we will find the restaurant that suits you best based on your preferences and skills.
Full-time work (112.5 hours/3 weeks) is available for the entire winter season from November to March, or as agreed. Part-time work is also possible according to your availability! We follow the collective bargaining agreement for the tourism and restaurant industry. The employment relationship will be established between Bondata and the employee, and accommodation in Lehtojärvi or Rovaniemi can be arranged if needed.

We hope from you:
- Experience or education relevant to kitchen work
- Proficiency in English, as our workplace and customers are international
- A hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one at the start of employment
- A positive and proactive work attitude as well as teamwork skills

Salary
