We are looking for professional ala carte waiters for the winter season 2026–2027!

The responsibilities of an ala carte waiter include serving dishes to guests in a stunning panoramic restaurant, recommending and selling food and beverages, working in a bar and performing a variety of other restaurant duties. Depending on the shift, the role may also include buffet service. We are looking for candidates with solid previous experience as an à la carte waiter, a positive attitude, and fluent English language skills. You will work as part of international team – Finnish language skills are not required. 

Employment starts with orientation in Mid-November 2026 and lasts til March-April 2027. Terms of employment are following the Finnish Collective agreement for hotel- and restaurant industry. Salary according to the agreement. Employment contract will be between Bondata and employee. Shared accommodation in Saariselkä will be organized by the company for a reasonable rent.

• Fluent english language, other languages are an advantage

• B-driving lisence and own car are an advantage in this area
