Snowhotel Family is a family-owned company that offers unique ice and snow experiences in Lehtojärvi and in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi. In Lehtojärvi you can find Glass Igloos and a Snow Hotel, that offers unforgettable accommodation experiences under the flaming Northern Lights and surrounded by beautiful nature. Snow sauna and ice restaurants local treats won’t let you down! Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village invites the whole family for snowy activities and to the playground made of ice and snow. From Santa Claus Village you’ll also find Piparina’s charming gingerbread cabins and a cozy restaurant where guests can sample authentic Lapland flavors and relax in private gingerbread cabins during the day.

We are now looking for receptionists for the busy winter season 2026-2027 for the Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi, which is 25 km away from Rovaniemi city center. Your work as receptionist includes variable duties such as checking guests in and out, assisting guests and telling them about the area as well as other basic reception tasks. As a receptionist you will also work in Arctic Snow Hotels visiting point, where your tasks include ticket and souvenir selling and helping day visitors. You work in cooperation with other departments, ensuring that each customer always receives the best service.

Full time employment starts from October-November 2026 and lasts until the end of March 2027. Part-time work is also possible according to your availability! Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of hotel- and restaurant industry. Employment contract will be between Bondata and the employee.

Salary

The salary is based with the collective agreement, ranging from 14,31-15,43€ per hour. For all applicants, we also take previous experience and skills into account, so please include your salary expectations in your application.
