We are now looking for long-term concrete element workers in Finland. We have solid experience in recruiting from abroad. We help employees with housing and adaptation. Salary 12-15€/hour.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Interpret drawings / blueprints
- Manufacture elemets independently from start to finish (reading blueprints/drawings, steel fixing/wiring, concrete pouring, casting etc.)
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Ability to read drawings / blueprints
- Ability to independently manufacture an element from start to finish (reading blueprints/drawings, steel fixing/wiring, concrete pouring, casting etc.)
- Must have experience in manufacturing at least one of the following in their prior work in an element factory: wall elements, pillars, sandwich panels or hollow panels
- Willigness to work in shifts
- Good speaking English
- Great attitude and work ethic
- A minimum of 2 years experienced in the same field
- No criminal record certificates for any country lived in for more than six months
- Healthy and able to work effectively in the occupation applied for
